Img.078 Sonic Boiler - #E3)

Img.078 Photo taken during the second phase of evaporation from the glass of this Example of the sophisticated technology used to make the above heater. In this case, the technically almost perfect welding of the bottom cover onto the "buffer bowl" is shown. Such a welding in the cottage industry conditions that Mr. Davey had is almost impossible - especially if this canopy was made of aluminum. (Click on the above photo to view it enlarged.) Such sophisticated technology was not within Mr. Davey's technical capabilities at the time when I kept in touch with him. After all, expert welding of a spherical canopy is one of the most difficult technical tasks. Especially the flawless welding of an aluminum canopy. This is why I personally believe that the above heater represents a foreign technology tossed to us on purpose as a kind of "Trojan horse". In turn, the "trick" use of this "Trojan horse" will probably still allow to hold back the implementation of the production of this heater - only that this time with the use of a different method than through the use of bureaucratic obstacles described in part C der Webseite Sonic Boiler.
