Img.053 (from Battle of Milicz - #E2)

Img.053 (#E2): The Soviet army's PPSh-41 submachine gun from the Second World War. It is commonly known by the popular name "pepesha". It was just such "pepesha" that were confronted by rifle-armed juvenile "defenders of Milicz" in German military uniforms, who in 1945 barricaded themselves in the Milicz town hall and butchered a Russian "tankette" with its crew in the market square. It was also such "pepesha" that actually turned out to be another of the Soviet Army's armaments that decided the Russians to win World War II.
