A view of the Tapanui crater from a considerable distance. It was here that a stack of about 7 K6-type UFO vehicles exploded in 1178. The crater is about 1 kilometer in diameter. Notice the huge pine tree growing near the top edge near the center of the crater. This pine tree is also visible in the previous photograph of this crater. Another pine grows in the center of the crater on its left side. Also note how tiny the sheds in which the owner of this crater stores his tools are.
