Img.307 (#2): Here are dried silkworm pupae (called "silkworm pupa" in English). They have been used in Korean folklore medicine for centuries and perhaps even millennia. They have characteristics similar to the "embryonic stem cells" (in English, "stem cells") only now being studied by earthly medicine. Meaning they are able to regenerate cells and tissues damaged or destroyed by disease. Unofficial Korean folklore states that they cure a whole range of serious diseases.
