Here is the appearance of the "dragon fruit" after it has been peeled and prepared for eating. In appearance, inside, it reminds me of cotton wool sprinkled with poppy seeds. In fact, in eating it tastes somewhat like "wet, soft cotton wool" devoid of any flavor.
