This photo shows the pattern on the shell of the main chamber from the "Zhang Heng Seismograph" artifact discussed here. Although it is NOT a photo taken from the right angle (it was planned to be replaced by a better photo in the future), it still clearly shows this pattern. In turn, the presence of such a pattern may indicate that the replica discussed here is in fact NOT from the Western Zhou period (1100 BC to 770 BC).
